The staatliches Hofbräuhaus in Muechen is a brewery in Munich, Bavaria. The hof (count) comes from the brewery’s history as a royal brewery in the kingdom of Bavaria.



Hofbräu Original

Hofbräuhaus is a symbol of Munich's hospitality and the Bavarian gift for creating a snug and cozy atmosphere. Beer-lovers from all over the world come here to enjoy its famous beers.
Hofbräu beer is brewed using the original recipes handed down by Wilhelm V, the Duke of Bavaria, (over 400 years ago) and is imported direct from the breweries in Munich, Germany. Hofbräu Hefe Weizen is a really special kind of beer. Characterized by its sparkling rich foam and naturally by its unforgettable refreshing and fruity taste.
